Description
Brown Apollo has an elongated grain, gives off an aroma of freshly baked bread, with hints of dried fruit, white flowers and light spicy notes. It is different from the white Apollo subjected to complete processing) for its reminiscences of straw and hay released by the chaff around the grains
Excellent boiled or steamed like “pilaf” and stir-fried, it goes well with white meat, fish, vegetables and cheese. Very suitable also for salad.
